Haken no Hinkaku (The Pride Of The Temp) Complete Season(1-2) (720p & 1080p)

Oomae Haruko is a top-notch temp who is punctual, never smiles or minces words, and always gets the job done. On the other hand, her cynicism betrays a hidden grief. The newly formed Marketing Division at S&F is being led by Satonaka Kensuke, who was recently elevated. He is battling to get his division off the ground while accompanied by an unorganized gang of subordinates. After being assigned to Kensuke’s department, Oomae discovers that she has never been asked to perform so much work in her life.

Temp workers and regular employees are both shown in this relevant drama, which also explores how to resolve interpersonal conflicts. The Labor Ministry released a study on labor conditions in October, and it revealed that the ratio of permanent to temporary workers has increased since laws were loosened, compared to eight years earlier.
